Who we are

These terms apply to purchases from Nexora.

Prices and payment

Prices include VAT and are charged in euros. Amounts shown in US dollars are estimates based on the European Central Bank reference rate. The checkout shows the exact euro amount before you confirm. Payment is taken by our payment provider, Trezuz.

Promo codes

A promo code takes the percentage shown off the price of the items in your order. One code per order. Codes may have an end date or a limited number of uses, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Your order

Your order is confirmed when we have received your payment. If the price or availability of an item changes before you pay, we show you the new total and ask you to confirm again.
