What we collect

• For an order: your name, email, phone and delivery address, and what you bought.
• For an account: your name, email and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• For a contact message: your name, email and message.

Why

To deliver your order, send you order emails, answer your questions and meet our legal obligations. Card details go directly to our payment provider, Trezuz; we never receive them.

Who can see it

Only staff who need it for your order or question. Every time a member of staff opens personal details, it is recorded.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, for corrections or for deletion by using our contact form.
