Delivery

Delivery costs €6.90 per order and is free on orders from €100.00. We deliver to addresses in the European Union. We email you a tracking number when your order ships.

Returns

If you bought online as a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days after delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. Contact us before sending anything back so we can give you the return address and instructions.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, in euros. The details are in our refund policy.

Warranty

The warranty period is shown on each product page. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
