Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest; we email you a link to follow your order. An account keeps all your orders in one place.

Which currency will I pay in?

Always euros. If you choose US dollars, prices are shown as estimates using the European Central Bank reference rate, and the checkout shows the exact euro amount before you pay.

How much is delivery?

Delivery costs €6.90 per order and is free on orders from €100.00.

Where do you deliver?

To addresses in the 27 EU member states.

How do I pay?

By card on the secure payment page of our payment provider, Trezuz. We never see or store your card details.

Do you have discount codes?

From time to time. Enter the code in the Promo code box at checkout; the discount is taken off the price of your items before delivery is worked out, and the review step shows the new total before you pay.

How do refunds work?

See our refund policy. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, in euros.

My payment failed. What now?

No money is taken for a failed payment. Open your order from the confirmation page or email and choose Pay to try again.
